Experience
In the course of a year, we handle over 120 domestic projects and over 50 projects abroad. Our company services several dozen companies and over 10,000 people annually. We cooperate with customers from all over the world, speak six languages and have a minimum of eight years of experience in organising trips. We are a member of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), SOIT (Incentive Travel Organisers’ Association), SKKP (Polish Conference and Congress Association) and the Polish Chamber of Tourism.

An important element in organising trips is communication and a marketing framework. In this respect, we offer:
Safety
Safety in the organisation of trips is always a priority for us. We operate in line with Polish law and local laws in destinations. We take care of the personal data confidentiality of our customers and work in accordance with the recommendations of GIODO (General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data) with respect to personal data protection. We hold the tour operator’s liability insurance required by law. Its territorial range encompasses the whole world. We also have a licence for organising tourist trips (IATA licence).
SOIT certificate
Weco-Travel is a Founding Member of SOIT: Incentive Travel Organisers’ Association. This is an organisation for professionals whose common objective is to promote incentive travel as a strong and efficient business tool. By integrating the community and representing its interests, we are jointly building the good name and image of the industry. We propagate knowledge, increase competences and designate and promote high standards of completed incentive travel projects. Weco-Travel representatives actively participate in the association’s work, especially in the operation of its ethics committee.
CSR projects and pro-environmental activities
We implement and promote good practices in the area of CSR and broadly-understood ECO activities. In Poland and abroad, we cooperate with companies that document social and pro-environmental activities. We embed CSR elements in our travel programmes for groups: volunteer work, financial and educational assistance for local communities.

Our experience shows that such activities stimulate a trip’s participants and have a positive impact on their bond with the company, as well as offer the impression of time that was well spent.
Technologies
We support our projects with state-of-the-art technologies which allow trips to be managed efficiently and safely. We offer the following tools: Travel Manager, Communication Platform, an online tool for service ordering and detailed reporting.
